How to allow normal users (Without Local Admin Right ) to map/Install the network printer drivers from Windows 2003 Print server in Windows 7

Pls configure the below group policy for a workaround.

Computer Configuration, Policies, Administrative Templates, Printers:

set Point and Print Restrictions to DISABLED
